Dear Dr. Aidlin,
I have participated in your course with magnificent results that I am motivated to retain for the long-term! I do have a lingering question that wasn’t directly answered in your lectures–could you speak to the benefits of eating organic certified as opposed to non-organic certified food and produce? Do you encourage your students to choose organic as opposed to non-organic food, is this differentiation significant?
